• Flush Mount/Recessed electric fireplaces once installed
• Insert/Fire Boxes that have been installed or modified
• Opened or used log sets
• Fire Tables/Fire Pits showing signs of use
• Real Flame collection products that have been unpackaged

5.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days
• Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
